This power of attorney revokes all previous powers of attorney given, except any power of attorney for health care under ORS 127.505 to 127.660. This is a Durable Power of Attorney as provided by ORS 127.005, this power of attorney is to take effect immediately and is not terminated or affected by the principal's subsequent disability or incapacity.
Governing Law. The validity and construction of this power of attorney shall be determined under Oregon law.

I liked the service very much. The form I ordered wasn't provided by the local government agency and I couldn't find it on the internet. The process was not difficult but I don't think that it suited my needs. There were several fields that were not applicable to me but I had to enter something to proceed. I also filled out the other form and mailed it in with some documentation that the electronic service did not ask for. Questions of my attempt are still unanswered. I hope I didn't waste time with this process. We shall see. Thank you.
