I am an attorney who was trying to draft some deeds in arizona. The deed templates coupled with the document instructions saved me hours work. At 1st I was skeptical, so spent hours figuring out how to draft the documents, but could have saved so much time If I had just spend the $20 sooner. Great Job guys! I would not even have thought to look for this service. The county recorder's office and kiosks are all closed because of covid. It just a little disconcerting that I was not able to preview any of the forms prior to purchasing them. Thank goodness they were the correct forms I needed. I would suggest being able to at least make the picture of the forms a little larger or give the capability to zoom in.

Get Rid of the places to initial each page on the Trust Deed. The Co. Recorder (Davis) does not require that each page be initialled... If I and the "borrower" had initialed each page, then I would have to use US Mail to get the form from AZ to UT because scans of initials are not acceptable, but only a notarized signature from the borrower is...
