Upon completion of the contract or improvement and upon receipt of the contract price, the contractor must deliver by registered mail or otherwise to the owner or owners of the real property a sworn affidavit stating that all liens have been paid in full or will be paid in full no later than ten (10) days from the date a bill is rendered for such services. Tenn. Prop. Code 66-11-205. The sworn affidavit must be executed and signed in the presence of a notary public.
The notice identifies the parties, the location and nature of the work or improvements, relevant dates, and anything else necessary for the specific situation.

First time user - process went very smooth and fast. It took me a little to find my messages. At first I didn't know you process documents other than deeds so maybe you should consider putting on your home page that it's not only for deeds - it's for any document that needs recording. :)

I didn't have a chance to judge your services because I received a message saying that my requested title could not be searched. I will say, the website is easy to navigate. I'm not sure how many who use these services are laymen, but I would suggest adding a detailed explanation of each service. I had to Google the difference between each type of title search, but I might just be more uninformed than the average person, or I just didn't see it on your website

Sorry for the inconvenience Roger. Unfortunately, not all jurisdictions in the country have progressed to the point of being able to accept all document types for e-recording.

I'm very impressed. We're a small nonprofit, and we usually walk our documents into our county offices for recording. So I was a little bit skeptical about how things would work if we did it electronically. But it was a smooth, quick, painless, and reasonably priced process. the deeds and related materials themselves are excellent but the PDF application is awful plus there is no way to customize the documents for specific purposes, so I had to type them from scratch in each instance.
