The form is so limited in space that I can not fit the vesting information as well as the real property information. The property information, I could put it as Exhibit A. which is not the usual way. Not happy.

I love deeds.com - hands down, the quickest way to record a warranty deed. The process and communication is so quick - the recording transaction too. Worth the extra $20 to me for my time! I didn't spend over an hour driving around, talking to someone via a kiosk to record the deed, didn't have to spend the energy of loading kids into the car to come with me, etc. The efficiency and timely process is worth the cost! This is quick, easy, and very reasonably priced. I wish I found this site before doing my living trust. I had the company who does my trust do the transfer deed and they charged an additional $329 for the deed alone.

I used the Affidavit of Death form provided by Deeds.com. The form and directions were easy to follow. I took the form to the county clerk's office for filing after getting it notarized. They accepted the form with no issues. A task that many people go to a lawyer complete was completed easily by me in less than an hour.
