Delivered as promised but the explanation of how to complete the form is very basic. I'd like to see a few broader explanations such as if the spouse isn't the affiant, etc.

Deeds.com did a great job in explaining exactly what I'd need to file a deed transfer (quitclaim deed). I didn't have to order the forms piecemeal, but was able to order the whole package at once for a reasonable price. Once downloaded, their fill-in-the-blank PDF was easy to use with detailed instructions for each line item. I'd definitely use them again.

Your product package was thorough and I am the one who does not know how to use or begin to be interactive with a computer. I wish I had learned long ago....ok your directions appear to be clear but when you are not familiar to the words.....it can and is difficult.....I downloaded the forms and completed them by hand/pen.....I just hope it will be acceptable to the recorder....Thank you

Great Job guys! I would not even have thought to look for this service. The county recorder's office and kiosks are all closed because of covid. I was directed to you because of a referral on the county site. I wish I had known you had forms available as well. I searched for a day to find the appropriate form.
