Included is a "Special Instructions" section where the attorney-in-fact's powers can be further limited and/or defined.

This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."

Shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Tennessee that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Tennessee.

This power of attorney terminates upon a predetermined date.

Thank you! My husband and I went in the get notary stamps for a Special Warranty Deed and a Post Nuptial Agreement. The representative was very knowledgeable and thorough with the notary process. I did not like the size of the Warranty Deed form which took 2 pages to print. It should be no larger than 8 1/2 by 14 inches. I did not like that I could not reformat it to be smaller, could not eliminate unused lines, could not delete the excessive 4 signature lines, could not copy or paste into text editor. Very unsatisfactory rating.
