In this form the Principal(s), appoint a second party, attorney-in-fact to perform every act necessary and requisite to negotiate, agree to and consummate, on whatever terms the Attorney in Fact deems appropriate for the purchase and financing of the real property specifically described. Included is a "Special Instructions" section where the attorney-in-fact's powers can be further limited and/or defined.

This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."

Shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Tennessee that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Tennessee.

This power of attorney terminates upon a predetermined date.

Thanks for providing this service. We had searched for weeks for the correct documents. It might help clients to find you soon if the banks and mortgage companies can refer clients to you. They require the forms but offer no direct source to obtain them. You are 5 star in every way.

Get Rid of the places to initial each page on the Trust Deed. The Co. Recorder (Davis) does not require that each page be initialled... If I and the "borrower" had initialed each page, then I would have to use US Mail to get the form from AZ to UT because scans of initials are not acceptable, but only a notarized signature from the borrower is...

This is the most comprehensive, helpful real estate tool I have seen. I was at first worried because the 330# didn’t have live operators but I received messages in my account as quickly as a conversation had by text and was able to download a deed and record it the same day in a county 1,300 miles away. Using the Administrators Deed, pay attention to "Exhibit A". The blank will allow you to type a full legal description BUT it will not save it. Use "Exhibit A" to type the legal description. The form was great and I filed it this morning with no problems.

Fairly easy to use. I had to really search to get some info. I had to use the Exhibit feature because the description box was way too small and I ended up re-typing it. The package had good and useful links. The County Clerk looked at it and said, "I see you used an online form, and that's OK, but..." and proceeded to show me a couple of things that were left out. They recorded it with no problems.
