The Principal(s), owners of the property appoint a second party, attorney-in-fact to sell a specific property. In this form the principal is empowering the attorney-in-fact to do and perform any act necessary to sell and convey the real estate specified. Included is a "Special Instructions" section where the attorney-in-fact's powers can be further limited and/or defined.
This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."
This power of attorney is formatted for recording in the Tennessee County, where the subject property is located and terminates upon a date provided by the principal. Therefore 60, 90, 120 days, etc. can be allotted for the sale.

What a wonderful and easy task using deeds.com. I searched on line for the proper procedure to file a quit claim deed. It looked to confusing to do mysellf until I found deeds.com. With their instructions, I was able to fill out all the proper forms and file with the court in two days. Saved me at least a thousand dollars if I had an attorney do the same. Thank you. Great do it yourself forms (I used the Quitclaim deed). If you think you're going to need a lot of hand holding you might consider hiring an attorney. The guide and general information provided by deeds.com will help if you have some idea of what you are doing and you are willing to research a little. Your mileage may vary but for me, this was a very efficient and economical way to get my quitclaim deed done.

Ordered quitclaim deed form for Knox county Illinois. It got the job done however it was not a very good format. I had to explain all to the county recorder & was worried she would reject it. I would not recommend this item.
