Guidelines somewhat helpful. Forms fillable but not editable unless you buy an Adobe conversion service subscription. End product looks crude and amateurish. Fields can't be reduced or enlarged to accommodate unique data. Very disappointing.

Love the ability to e-record a single document as a private citizen. Other companies only want to do business with large volume filers like title companies and attorneys. e-recording was super easy and so efficient. the deeds and related materials themselves are excellent but the PDF application is awful plus there is no way to customize the documents for specific purposes, so I had to type them from scratch in each instance.

It was very easy to set up the account but then everything is very costly. I didn't see any publications that were free to account holders, so as infrequently I have to do a title search, I may as well just hire an online service to do the legwork too.
