Guidelines somewhat helpful. Forms fillable but not editable unless you buy an Adobe conversion service subscription. End product looks crude and amateurish. Fields can't be reduced or enlarged to accommodate unique data. Very disappointing.

Absolutely recommend Deeds.com! The process to recording your document is explained step by step. If you have any questions, you just send a message and almost instantly a staff member will reply. Super quick processing. I uploaded my document late Friday afternoon, it was reviewed by Deeds.com staff and sent to the county for recording on Monday. By Tuesday, my document was successfully recorded by the County Recorder's Office and a copy of my recorded document was available for me, as well!

Great service - it was my first time using the service and really recommend it. Due to COVID-19, my County Recorder's Office is closed and I was able to create the document using their vast templates, notarize it, and upload it into the system. The recording process took about 7 working days which is not bad considering that most people are working remotely. I will share this website and its many resources with my relatives and friends.

I LOVE that very concise directions and a sample completed deed were included. They were incredibly helpful. I did like the quick response to questions and the refund of my purchase when they were unable to find a deed I needed. Special Warranty Deed I can't seem to type all my info in the blank spaces. It won't allow me to type any more. Maybe you should consider either allowing typists to type more (leaving more space) or allowing more room to type more.
