I found the process of downloading and completing the documents very user friendly. Thank you for the Declare Value instructions. It was easy to follow, though a sample of the declaration form would be very useful. I didn't know how to list my "capacity" so I left it blank so the recorder could advise me. It was very difficult to maneuver through your website the wording on certain things are very difficult to figure out. I can't seem to get through to one place that I want versus what I don't want. Perfect quitclaim form. Easy to fill in with the required information and all the required information has a place (no easy feat in our county!). It is helpful that they include exhibit pages for larger blocks of information (our legal is 2 pages long). Great job folks!
