The Beneficiary Deed is easy to fill out, expecially with the examples/explanations provided. The only recommendation I would make is to state that the Parcel ID and the Assessor's ID are one in the same. I looked everywhere for something that mentions "Assessor's ID" in my paperwork to no avail. Upon calling the Maricopa Assessor's number in Maricopa I was told that they are the same.

It's an instant download. I was very pleased that it included instructions and any necessary additional forms. Great resource and everything went smoothly except email was performed through autofill prompted by the system but the autofill added a letter that gave wrong email. I can still sign in with wrong email since the system recognizes it as mine even though it is wrong. May be my fault and not the system since I did not catch the discrepancy in time. I would suggest a field that allows a correction to any misinformation prior to signing out from the initial sign on. Still think it is a great resource if all documents are processed and accepted by the pwers to be. Thanks.

I liked the ease of locating the document I needed and the sample document was extremely helpful. I would have liked the acknowledgement to be on the same page as the rest of the document. It costs for each page recorded.
