Needed to remove a deceased person from my mother's title. I live in another state. Deeds.com made it SO EASY to accomplish. The "Trustee's Deed" should have been labeled a Deed of Trust because that's what it really is. So now I just wasted $19.97 getting something I can't use.

Well, When I got the question right I got the answers right from Claim Deed. In the end it all worked out very, very good. I'm pleased with the deed and the price was very fair. Thank you for answering all my crazy questions. Now all we have to do is go to UPS and sign it. Thank, again.

I purchased the La St. Tammany Parish Quit Claim Deed as a gift for a friend. Currently waiting on a lawyer to draft his second version of what a La Quit Claim should look like.
