I appreciated the fact that the forms were by Texas County and I knew I had the right form. The form were fairly easy to complete. I had trouble completing the form because the property description was long and kept disappearing and I had to re-type. It would also have helped it I could have saved and not had to start over every time.

The Website was easy to use. I live in Houston Texas and mother recently passed away in California and I need affidavit of joint tenant forms. I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. It just a little disconcerting that I was not able to preview any of the forms prior to purchasing them. Thank goodness they were the correct forms I needed. I would suggest being able to at least make the picture of the forms a little larger or give the capability to zoom in.
