Helpful, but some of the blanks aren't large enough, particularly when the grantor is an affiant under a small estate affidavit, and that's the reason for $0 consideration.

Was looking for information and forms relating to a trust my parents created, but what I purchased seems geared toward trusts containing real estate only, which is not what I needed. After a little glitch due to heavy volume at the County Recorder, my document was recorded. County Recorder was closed to public access at the office (due to the coronavirus issues) so all documents were either mailed to them or sent in electronically. Deeds.com was very efficient at their end with very quick responses to my questions and concerns. I would definitely use their services again.

The Quitclaim deed seems pretty simple However I wonder if I can fll out the paper as easily as it looks I appreciate very much the sample and the direction for filling out the deed. Now I am in the process of gathering document to fill out the deed and I think only when after everything done, I may have a clear idea how good the Quitclaim Deed is. I hope I can follow instruction and will successfully done the paperwork. Thank you very much.
