I was somewhat disappointed though - I was expecting something as impressive as the Title Search, which goes back to 1828 and includes Millard Fillmore, admittedly not one of our most celebrated Presidents. After my county rejected a deed from another company, I researched better and purchased my Lady Bird Deed from Deeds.com. Very simple, received everything immediately. Most people coming to this sight will not have the knowledge for deeds. Therefore, I wish there were more instructions on when the Grantor signs and when the Grantee signs and the process steps to making the transaction final. I would give it 4 out of 5 starts

I have been researching for months to figure out how to remove deceased owner of property with right of survivorship in Florida. The County Clerk was not helpful. They refer you to get legal advice which is expensive. So hopefully by completing these forms I can actually complete the task. And would be helpful to be reassured that this is all I need to complete overdue task. I was hesitant to pay, but I believe this is legit. If so- a great Thank you.
