I think it needs to be easier to enlarge print to fit an 8"x12" sheet of paper. Printing off samples is difficult to read as it is too small

It's an instant download. I was very pleased that it included instructions and any necessary additional forms. I am a civil engineer, not an attorney. I deal with easements on a regular basis but not so much on the "recording" side of things. I normally prepare the graphic exhibits that accompany the dedication language but I am not the one who provides that language. Your forms solved that issue for me. Thanks.

its a bit confusing for a novice computer user. I would prefer to print out the forms, fill them out on paper, then attach them to an email to discuss the accuracy of the forms with a friend, and then take the completed forms to the County office to be recorded
