I love deeds.com - hands down, the quickest way to record a warranty deed. The process and communication is so quick - the recording transaction too. Worth the extra $20 to me for my time! The form was short, and explainable.. so that is my feed back on that...but we have not received anything back to actually see if we filled the form out correctly.
