Using the Administrators Deed, pay attention to "Exhibit A". The blank will allow you to type a full legal description BUT it will not save it. Use "Exhibit A" to type the legal description. The form was great and I filed it this morning with no problems.

The form and instructions were easy enough to follow if you had all the information.
The only drawback to the form was the length of text allowed for the name of the document (#4). The form self populates in multiple locations but when printed truncated the name if too many characters were used. I kept having to update the name of the document to allow for proper printing.

Easy to follow directions and instructions to properly and legally fill-in the Deed that I requested. It was also very easy and convenient. If I was going to employ an Attorney or Legal Documents Preparer, they would easily charge me between $150 to $225 a Deed! For the cost of $19.97, anyone would pursue this price! Fairly easy to use. I had to really search to get some info. I had to use the Exhibit feature because the description box was way too small and I ended up re-typing it. The package had good and useful links. The County Clerk looked at it and said, "I see you used an online form, and that's OK, but..." and proceeded to show me a couple of things that were left out. They recorded it with no problems.
