After a little glitch due to heavy volume at the County Recorder, my document was recorded. County Recorder was closed to public access at the office (due to the coronavirus issues) so all documents were either mailed to them or sent in electronically. This was exactly what I needed. For $25-$30 it gave me the formatted document I needed and made it so easy to input the info. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who has no clue what they're doing, but for somebody who knows all the info and just needs a formatted page to input it onto, this is perfect.

Great resource and everything went smoothly except email was performed through autofill prompted by the system but the autofill added a letter that gave wrong email. I can still sign in with wrong email since the system recognizes it as mine even though it is wrong. May be my fault and not the system since I did not catch the discrepancy in time. I would suggest a field that allows a correction to any misinformation prior to signing out from the initial sign on. Still think it is a great resource if all documents are processed and accepted by the pwers to be. Thanks.

Good so far could use more examples for each section of info. needed. ex. (parcel and alt.ID info where to find and etc. #2 more examples. If it was not for the red print examples helping to fill the form out I could have downloaded free forms, the examples are what made me choose your form !
