Delivery of documents was instantaneous once payment is received. Thank you for that. For future clarification to potential users, Deeds.com may want to categorize the type of easement documents that are available. I was needing a 'utility easement' form and received an 'ingress/egress' form. Had I known it was an ingress/egress document, I would not have made the purchase. Outside of this issue, this site is very helpful for the average layperson to hold guardianship over personal interests.

I think it needs to be easier to enlarge print to fit an 8"x12" sheet of paper. Printing off samples is difficult to read as it is too small

Love the ability to e-record a single document as a private citizen. Using www.deeds.com was super ez even for a non-technical person like me, it saved me lots of time and the instructions and communications were great,I was able to file my deed online in half a day with most of that time taken up by the jurisdiction I filed with processing my submittal. Really good product, included guide to filling out forms. Totally pleased with that part. Customer service however was terrible. Did not hear back after I sent two emails. The site signed me up but after I was accepted they would not allow me to download a form, with the notation my account was closed. Had to use another email. Had problems with that. Finally got off of site and went to a login site that allowed me to download the forms. If you can get past setting up your account, it is fantastic site. Nice price compared to alternatives. Also I recieved two validation codes. Have no idea why they were sent.
