World class forms, great for someone like me that has no clue what I'm doing! Always better to let the pros do it than think one knows it all and gets themselves in trouble!

I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. Thank you!!!!! $15....Totally worth it.

Whomever "KCH" is, that person was of great help. It took me several tries due my inexperience with ADOBE SCAN, but that certainly is no fault of yours!!

KVH was very patient with me, and in fact resolved the things I was doing wrong for me, without my even requesting the assistance.

The e-recording service was invaluable. This was my first experience recording a document in any capacity. The feedback I received was useful, concise, and presented kindly. I cannot imagine having to try to record by mail, or without the guidance that was provided to me.

I used the Oklahoma Gift Deed transferring property intra-family, and found it easy to complete. I could not find an Oklahoma Affidavit for the new law re citizenship verification, 60 O.S. Sec 121 and found it at another site that was not a fill in online. Oh well. Site was easy to navigate.
