I was very pleased with the ease in use of the forms. I suggest making sure the sample copy is totally aligned with the exact same parts. I was a little confused about the portion "Subject to.." It was easy to make corrections, additions, etc because the page remained open, and I didn't have to re=open the forms continuously.

I am pleased with this electronic service in making a time sensitive deed transfer since very few options exist currently with the Covid 19 Crisis. This was the only rapid and available option to record the deed transfer and the fee was reasonable. A better or more simplified explanation of what some of the more common titles would be used for would help. You list 6-8 types of Trusts alone. An example of doing a Grant Deed to move a property into, out of, or from a Trust to a Trust would have been helpful.

It would be nice if the notary State was fillable, we are having to notarize in another State. Also, need more room to add 2 beneficiaries with two different addresses.

The program fields should allow the customer to change font size and allow additional space for information to be place on the Deed. Not Bad, still needs improvement.
Thank you for your feedback Maurice. Unfortunately we do not make the requirements for things like font size and margins, we only make the documents to be compliant with them.
