Sorry that this a little late. I'm VERY HAPPY with everything. The deeds paperwork was just what I was looking for. It was very to fill out, it was different than n the folks used years ago. I would make just two suggestions.
(1) Create and example showing multiple grantor(s) and
(2) In the same example, show where and estate is conveyed to two or more people.
It would help in knowing the correct format.
