This was a seamless process. It probably took one minute to fill out my information and upload the document. It was formatted and sent immediately. Not knowing I could down load these forms, I first went to the local recording office thinking I could get info on the forms I needed. I was told that obviously you dont know what you are doing so find someone who does. This snippy clerk obviously didnt know the forms were accessible on line; either that or she was needing to feel her phony superiority.

It was very easy to order,download, and print. The only issue I have is that the guide that came with my form really did not help me filling it out. I feel the explanations could have been better and suited more for the standard person. I was still confused when filling it out and will probably have to get a lawyer to make sure it's filled out correctly

THIS SERVICE IS DIFFICULT TO USE AND TROUBLESOME, IN MY PROFESSIOBAL OPINION; a true NUGHTMARE! As a Title / Petroleum Land Professional (Landman), I use a wide variert of online title research tools and services. Mist are EXTREMELY COMPREHENSIVE, and relatively easy to perform one’s research. I am beginning to beliece that there is no search intrrfaxe here; just a long list of instructions full of circular references that simply tuns the researcher around and around to the same pages repeatedly. This service takes users NOWHERE. Good luck to those seeking to waste their time reading a vast set of redundant words and NO INTERFACE FOR CREATING OR EXECUTING AN AXTUAL SEARCH.
