This is a specific power of attorney for the sale of real property, in this form the principal(s) appoint an Agent to perform any tasks necessary to sell or convey a specific property. There is a "Special Instructions" section where the principle can further limit/define the agents powers. Since this document must be recorded it is formatted for county requirements and is governed by Texas laws.
This power of attorney is not affected by any subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."

Product was ok; except in divorce cases there are usually two grantors - your form had only one signature and notary line for a grantor on the Quitclaim deed.

This is the first time that I have used this service. An employee at the Clerk and Register office in Arizona suggested that I try Deeds.com to find the form I needed and the county office could not provide. I am a licensed Realtor in Colorado with a 43-year career and this service has not been necessary in my own state but it was extremely helpful in finding a form in Arizona. The beneficiary deed was acceptable to the county clerk and my notarized official deed was mailed to me. The Missouri-based deed met with official approval so all is well in the land that time forgot.
