I wish all the forms had been in a downloadable package so that it wasn't so difficult to make sure I had them all. Too many pages open on the click throughs. I haven't had a chance to fill them out but hope they are all there.

This would be a great form but I couldn’t tell what size the font was. Also, I didn’t know how to save it so I will have to type it all over again. I’m sure I did it incorrectly.

I downloaded the quit claim deed form and saved it on my computer. I opened it with Adobe and filled it out. The space for the legal description was too small (2 lines only) which did not allow enough room for the long property description that I had.
