The website was easy to navigate but only needed one form. The guide was helpful also. Cost want high but contains many documents that I didn't need but may someday. Could not save form after completed but printed copies that needed to be court filed.

Deeds.com was so simple and easy to use! My local recorders office is closed due to COVID-19 and their recording said to use Deeds.com. The process was easy and cost was reasonable. My only suggestion is to allow user the ability to shorten the space between the county and state and the space after the month. I needed to draw a line at the courthouse before they would file it.

why not word format??
Good question. There are many reasons, we'll touch on a few. For the end user (you) Adobe Reader is free, Word is not. PDF is the portable document standard, Word is a decent word processor. A portable document format (PDF) maintains document formatting such as margins and font size which is very important to legal documents, Word does not. Have a wonderful day.

The paperwork was fine but it was just paperwork. Georgia does not accept a paper form. The form must be transmitted electronically through a registered account. Using an attorney may have been the simple way to file the cancellation.
