(Any trust deed, substitution of trustee, assignment of a beneficial interest under a trust deed, notice of assignment of a beneficial interest, notice of default, trustee's deed, reconveyance of the trust property, and any instrument by which any trust deed is subordinated or waived as to priority, if acknowledged as provided by law, is entitled to be recorded.) Easy to use website and immediate documents appropriate for my area. My only complaint is that the forms had an alignment problem where the fields that were filled in by me did not line up with the template text. I tried to correct it to no avail so I ended up having to retype the entire document. I purchased two templates and both had the same issue.

Everything went well except that any information that I typed in on the computer download moves upward so that the letters or numbers are somewhat elevated above the line that should be even with the words on the form. I think it will be acceptable to the county recorder, but I don't especially like to submit things that appear uneven. I asked for help but just received a robotic reply that said to take steps that I already had done. So unless you know a way to correct this I likely won't use your forms again.

I would absolutely use this service again. It was very convenient and I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive the staff was letting me know updates to my recording package. Also, my documents recorded immediately. I did have trouble uploading my document in the beginning because I didn't realize it had to be a pdf file.
