This power of attorney is durable pursuant to Utah Code 75-9-104 and does not terminate upon the incapacity of the principal(s) It does terminate upon a specific date, that is entered into the form. For Example: This can be used to allow 30, 60, 90 days or more for the purchase to transpire.

These guys saved the day! Very good at what they do and deliver AS ADVERTISED!! My county's recorder's office was closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the recorder's office did not offer the service I needed online. I liked the software, it's very easy to use. Once it's saved as a .pdf document on your computer, the source document is lost when you log out. I wish it could be saved and then edited on their site later instead of having to create a new document from scratch each time.
