3. Or a Title Insurance Company, Pursuant to authority granted by Virginia Code 55.1-339(E).

Thank you for your feedback Lanette. In review, it looks like your first payment was declined, second one was approved and processed. What you are seeing is one payment and a hold placed by your financial institution for the declined attempt. We are not sure why they do this but the hold usually falls off after a few day depending on their policy. This is the simplest way to record a deed ever. Just uploaded the deed and the professionals at deed.com did the rest. Within 8 hours, I had my recorded deed back. The price is fantastic. It would have cost me more in gas to drive to the county where I had to record the deed.

Great service ! Hawaii is not a "forms state" so unfortunately the public has no way to get templates on our local gov site but deeds.com to the rescue.
