To provide constructive notice of a pending lawsuit a Memorandum of Lis Pendens is filed when the claim brought forth (seeks to establish an interest by the filing party in the real property described in the memorandum.) Generally speaking a Memorandum becomes effective when recorded in the County or City, Circuit Court where the property is located. (8.01-268. (B))
The Memorandum of Lis Pendens shall contain:
(the title of the cause or attachment
the general object thereof
the court wherein it is pending
the amount of the claim asserted by the plaintiff
a description of the property
the name of the person whose estate is intended to be affected thereby,
and in an action to enforce a zoning ordinance a description of the alleged violation, shall be admitted to record in the clerk's office of the circuit court of the county or the city wherein the property is located;)(8.01-268. (A))

What you are seeing is one payment and a hold placed by your financial institution for the declined attempt. We are not sure why they do this but the hold usually falls off after a few day depending on their policy. Disappointed. Description of Lien discharge form does not indicate it is specific to Mechanic liens. I'm inexperienced with liens & should have contacted someone before I ordered.

The service was great but after I did all my work and uploaded the documents they canceled my stuff because the county they had on the list doesnt take/or have set up e-recording yet. It was a bit disappointing because thats the only reason I was on here is because it brought me here from that countys sight.

The paperwork was fine but it was just paperwork. Georgia does not accept a paper form. The form must be transmitted electronically through a registered account. Using an attorney may have been the simple way to file the cancellation.
