Use this form to grant and assign an existing Deed of Trust to an assignee (by an instrument in writing, signed and acknowledged in the manner provided by law entitling mortgages to be recorded, assign the same to the person therein named as assignee) Once completed record the assignment in the auditor's office of the county where the Deed of Trust was recorded. For use by individuals or corporations. (RCW 61.16.010)

The Beneficiary Deed is easy to fill out, expecially with the examples/explanations provided. The only recommendation I would make is to state that the Parcel ID and the Assessor's ID are one in the same. I looked everywhere for something that mentions "Assessor's ID" in my paperwork to no avail. Upon calling the Maricopa Assessor's number in Maricopa I was told that they are the same.

Great to have a downloadable form, rather than a cloud solution that gives no guarantee of privacy. Appreciated the sample.......but all of that still left me with open issues about how to tweak the form to serve my particular needs......for example: how to ensure that survivor rights were properly characterized; how far back I should go with the "Source" section + how I should layer my own additions to the chain of ownership, etc. Nonetheless, an overall happy experience. Forms were spot on and able to save over $100 by not going to an attorney to complete the same documents. There were templates on how forms are supposed to be completed. You just need a notary to sign.

It works pretty well, had trouble with the word December. It printed out Decedmber with weird spacing but I think it will be ok.
