Holy cow. I was told by several people that getting a deed recorded would take 7-10 days. So I thought I'd give deeds.com a try with their e-filing service. I needed to create a deed of distribution for my probate case. The instructions as to what was needed on the caption page was lacking. Because of the lack of information I still had to have an attorney review the documents as I didn't feel confident in the instructions given.
