This was a seamless process. It probably took one minute to fill out my information and upload the document. It was formatted and sent immediately. Easy to use but the quit claim deep looked old and dated. The example of how to fill out should have asterisks stating what is need and what can be skipped

I found your site easy to use, though I would prefer an option to download to MWords but Adobe works well. The cost is very, very reasonable and provides documents I didn't know were needed. I would recommend this to anyone trying to deal with legal documents.

I am mostly satisfied with my Deeds.Com experience. Not sure if you can do anything about this, but since it is fairly common, I thought the Quit Claim Form would have a section specifically for adding spouse to a deed.
