Without a recorded release, the buyer’s interest continues to cloud title. After release, third parties may rely on the record as though the memorandum never existed.

Very useful. I'm a Miami attorney and needed an amended deed specific to Texas. Document and instructions were very good.

I could not be happier with the service. Shortly after I uploaded my documents, my package was prepared and invoiced. It was only minutes before the document was recorded with the County I selected and returned to me with their seal for download.

Easy to use and instructions were very clear. If possible, it would be nice to be able to download the entire package at one time - it was a little cumbersome to download each item separately. (Of course, I didn't know which of the items I needed, so downloaded them all)

Ordered the quitclaim forms. Amazing value! Received everything I needed and then some. The forms were easy to use and understand with the help of the guide. The best part was that once completed I used deeds.com's e-recording service to submit the document for recording (our county offices are still closed). Outstanding!

The form was short, and explainable.. so that is my feed back on that...but we have not received anything back to actually see if we filled the form out correctly. So I definitely can not say if I'm satisfied with it or not until I know that it is approved. I would recommend Coos County web site for Forms to people. Thank you.

Sign up process was fine. The search could be refined a bit to make it easier. Rather than being presented with a large number of fields and trying to figure out, it say street suffice (Drive, Street, Lane) are needed and with what spelled out, what abbreviated it would be nice to have them presented as questions with examples. The $30 price point of r a deed is way too high for me as an appraiser. This is why I didn't complete the transaction.
