Are there any recurring fees involved?

After a complaint is filed that (might confirm or change interests in the real property) the Plaintiff shall record a Lis Pendens in the county or (each county where any part) of the property lies. The Lis Pendens will be recorded with the Registry of Deeds of said county.
The Lis Pendens will contain:
The names of the parties involved
The object of the legal action taken
A legal description of the affected property.
Once recorded the Lis Pendens becomes constructive notice to would be (purchasers and encumbrancers.) After the Lis Pendens is filed any subsequent purchaser or encumbrancer will be bound by the proceedings as if they were a party to the action. Statute 840.10

Price seemed high (~$28) for just some forms (especially because we may not actually use the forms), but it beats navigating the Hawaii state and Honolulu county websites for forms. It would be better if a single button push would download all 7 or 8 forms.

I find your forms hard to use, inasmuch as the forms cannot be converted to a Word Document. Editing and deleting of extra lines is not possible, making for a deed with large blank spaces.
Document that results is not usable for me.

When I found this website, I was confused and hesitant to use this website to submit paperwork that needed to be submitted to the Clerks of Courts in Miami. I am glad I decided to go through with it. It was the easiest process I have encountered even with working with the City. Highly recommend as it is super easy to use and received that everything was approved and recorded in two working days. I like that DEEDS.com has a variety of forms tht I may need. However, I was disappointed that I am not able to save the PDF forms after I fill in the spaces. If I need to edit anything, I have to go back to the blank form and redo the whole thing. Perhap I am doing something wrong.

I was trying to register a financial statement (non real estate document). There was no link or statement on the home page to indicate that this could be done. All I had to do was to create an account, name and then upload the document. It took me over a day and several phone calls to the local deed recording office to try to figure this out. A simple link or statement to this effect would have saved me a lot of time
