Use this form to finance a condominium, residential property, rental property, small commercial and/or a planned unit development. (A mortgage on real property creates a lien on the property mortgaged; except for the lien and subject to s. 708.11, the mortgagor retains the interest that the mortgagor had at the time of mortgage until that interest is divested by some later act.) EZ to use program....was able to print all forms ordered. I expect to go back to to use recording ability. Instructions are easily followed...would be nice to have confirmation included but they are available to purchase. Hope for successful recording of TOD affidavit. Pretty good value...attorney quoted well over the price I paid for package.

The Website was easy to use. I live in Houston Texas and mother recently passed away in California and I need affidavit of joint tenant forms. I was provided all the forms necessary to complete the documents. I had been a legal secretary in California about 20 years ago and just need the current forms and received them all very quickly.

Website is easy to use. I ordered the form, filled it out and uploaded it for recording. My only critique is that you can't preview the form before ordering and paying for it. I ordered a Deed of Full Reconveyance form only to find out I needed the Substitution of Trustee and Deedn of Reconveyance form instead. So I wasted $22 on the wrong form.
