Use this form to finance a condominium, residential property, rental property, small commercial and/or a planned unit development. (A mortgage on real property creates a lien on the property mortgaged; except for the lien and subject to s. 708.11, the mortgagor retains the interest that the mortgagor had at the time of mortgage until that interest is divested by some later act.) The forms worked well for entering information. I have finished without much trouble. Since the forms are Adobe PDF files you need the free app to use them but you can't edit unless you have the paid Adobe program. And, it was a reasonable price.

The certification of trust looks fine to me. I printed it and filled it out and had it notarized today. I have not sent it to the company that wants it yet so that will be the test. They are very picky. If they have any comment I will let you know.

Forms used, created quitclaim deed that the county accepted without a second look (turns out they see deeds.com forms regularly via erecording and in person). Will be back for any real estate related forms I need and they carry. Will always be my first stop. Also, will use erecording next time, mad I didn't see it this time.
