Use this form to finance a condominium, residential property, rental property, small commercial and/or a planned unit development. (A mortgage on real property creates a lien on the property mortgaged; except for the lien and subject to s. 708.11, the mortgagor retains the interest that the mortgagor had at the time of mortgage until that interest is divested by some later act.) Deed.com is AMAZING! I only had about 2 weeks to get my quit claim deed recorded by my county office before my refinace due date approached. As good as any of the rip off document services on the internet. Received the documents through download, were as described. Not as cheap as driving to the courthouse and getting them for free, but easier than doing so.
