The mineral company person I worked with went above and beyond helping me fill the paperwork out perfectly so that it had “right of survivorship” (and other things phrased properly) so that either my husband or I won’t have the issue I have had. This is another great deal that has come out of the quarantine for covid. Saved me hours and days of time. and provides a way to file deeds that really isn't done effectively anyway else. It was also very inexpensive that you would not expect. I didn't even have to leave home.

why not word format??
Good question. There are many reasons, we'll touch on a few. For the end user (you) Adobe Reader is free, Word is not. PDF is the portable document standard, Word is a decent word processor. A portable document format (PDF) maintains document formatting such as margins and font size which is very important to legal documents, Word does not. Have a wonderful day.

Sorry that this a little late. I'm VERY HAPPY with everything. The deeds paperwork was just what I was looking for. It was very to fill out, it was different than n the folks used years ago. I think it needs to be easier to enlarge print to fit an 8"x12" sheet of paper. Printing off samples is difficult to read as it is too small
