I just completed my first deed filing and I’m very happy with the experience. The deeds staff was extremely supportive and helpful in guiding me through the learning curve of being my first filing without legal assistance. They saved me a ton in legal fees.

This platform made electronic filing of a lien easy and quick. I was able to accomplish everything from my laptop and phone, and the fees were reasonable. I would recommend deeds.com for efiling property related documents.

Did not need power to "serve" contractor. All work done well, paid for, nothing more. Worth noting when things could go awry!
