The Clerk's Office determines what constitutes a separate document; documents presented as one package in hard copy may be separated or rejected, and electronically submitted packages that need separating are rejected. A package with exhibits may be recorded as one document if the first page references attached exhibits, each exhibit is clearly marked, and all other submission requirements are met. The Clerk and Recorder does not provide blank forms for recording purposes.
