The transfer includes the oil, gas and other minerals of every kind and nature. It also transfers any and all rights to receive royalties, overriding royalties, net profits interests or other payments out of or with respect to those oil, gas and other minerals. This general mineral deed gives the grantee the right to access, for the purpose of mining, drilling, exploring, operating and developing said lands for oil, gas, and other minerals, and storing handling, transporting and marketing of such.
In this document the Grantor Warrants and will defend said Title to Grantee. Use of this document has a permanent effect on your rights to the property, if you are not completely sure of what you are executing seek the advice of a legal professional.

Fantastic Experience! I have been through several different companies offering to do the same thing but only offering subscriptions. I have no negative reviews, took 1 business day from submission, professional and timely updates and extremely fair pricing considering the amount of time it saves you.
Thank you!

Some of the forms I ordered didn't have enough space for all of the information, but were useful as a guide for creating what I needed. Now I'll be trying the e-recording to see how that goes.
Thank you!

I would not have ordered this form had I realised how limited the fields are for details. There is no room for elaboration of terms. The language only allows one grantor and one grantee, and the gender and quantity default construction is a poor choice. Be basic, but leave room for more.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

I am so glad I found this resource! As the Executor of a family members estate I wanted to save money by bypassing a lawyer as it seemed pretty straight forward to tranfer a Life Estate to the remainderman. (I had original deeds). But talking with 3 different states and 4 different counties - none of which seemed to need the same documents, I was almost ready to dump this in a lawyer's lap. This resource makes it simple!
We appreciate your business and value your feedback. Thank you. Have a wonderful day!
