The product is as advertised. I was unable to navigate this process because It is complicated and I am concerned about doing it wrong. The law is written in stupid language to make it difficult for all and keep the layering business going. Its a solid form but did not work for me. Thanks Chris

Quit Claim deed for North Carolina did not include all of the information I needed (two separate notary sections), but I was able to re-create another notary section in Word, and then insert it in the appropriate place after printing both documents. Otherwise, the document worked as described.

I could not be happier with the service afforded by Deeds.com. This was so easy to download, open the files and then complete the document on the computer then printing out. I waited to review this until we took it to Courthouse for the Recorder of Deeds and the legal task is now done. An attorney would probably have charge $300. This is a real deal packet!
