What is the Arkansas Affidavit of Service
Use an affidavit of service where required to prove service of a notice on the owner of real property. It verifies that the notice was served by someone other than an officer authorized to serve process in civil action.
The affidavit, executed by the person serving notice, cites the date and manner by which notice has been served. It is signed by the individual serving notice in the presence of a notary public. The affidavit may need to be in recordable form if accompanying recorded notices. In this case, the document should meet all state and local recording requirements before submitting in the appropriate circuit clerk's office.

This was easy to use and only contained one glaring error-where to send the completed form to finish the process. I’ve completed the form, does this mean I get the amended deed sent to me? I think not.

The certification of trust looks fine to me. I printed it and filled it out and had it notarized today. I have not sent it to the company that wants it yet so that will be the test. They are very picky. If they have any comment I will let you know.

I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. Ease and speed of recording are remarkable. This is especially true of deeds with problems: I often get feedback within minutes and can correct problems immediately and still complete the filing in the same day. I wish more counties accepted electronic filing! It would be helpful to list counties that do/do not accept electronic filing so I would not have to upload documents to find out my effort was fruitless.
