This form is used for the purchase of real property located in Arkansas. The principal designates an agent and empowers him/her to act in all necessary legal documents including contracts for sale, deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, settlement statements, affidavits, and other documents with regard to all matters concerning the PURCHASE of a specific property. The Limited Power of Attorney is durable and shall not be affected by the principal's disability, incompetency, or incapacity although an expiration date can be set by the number of days the power of attorney stays active after its execution or by written revocation pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 18-12-501 et seq.

I'm very impressed. We're a small nonprofit, and we usually walk our documents into our county offices for recording. The process was easy going. The process is one thing, the results another. I have attempting to resolve this matter, of claiming sole ownership of the property for several YEARS. I lost my Bride of 65 years in 2015. A lawyer I hired failed in his attempt, so I'm waiting to see the actual results. Your product package was thorough and I am the one who does not know how to use or begin to be interactive with a computer. I wish I had learned long ago....ok your directions appear to be clear but when you are not familiar to the words.....it can and is difficult.....I downloaded the forms and completed them by hand/pen.....I just hope it will be acceptable to the recorder....Thank you
