This form is used for the purchase of real property located in Arkansas. The principal designates an agent and empowers him/her to act in all necessary legal documents including contracts for sale, deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, settlement statements, affidavits, and other documents with regard to all matters concerning the PURCHASE of a specific property. The Limited Power of Attorney is durable and shall not be affected by the principal's disability, incompetency, or incapacity although an expiration date can be set by the number of days the power of attorney stays active after its execution or by written revocation pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 18-12-501 et seq.
