The principal designates an agent and empowers him/her to act in all necessary legal documents including contracts for sale, deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, settlement statements, affidavits, and other documents with regard to all matters concerning the PURCHASE of a specific property. The Limited Power of Attorney is durable and shall not be affected by the principal's disability, incompetency, or incapacity although an expiration date can be set by the number of days the power of attorney stays active after its execution or by written revocation pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 18-12-501 et seq.

The process was fast and efficient. I did get a bit confused after entering info for my package but soon realized I had completed this part of the process and only needed to leave the page and wait for review of the document and then the invoice. I purchased he Alabama Correction Warranty Deed Form to correct a mistake in the legal description. However, this form says it must be signed by all who previously signed the deed. One of these people is now deceased. Can I use this form? How would it be different? I would give you 5 stars but wish this issue had been addressed. Thanks.

This was a seamless process. It probably took one minute to fill out my information and upload the document. It was formatted and sent immediately. At first glance, explanations and guidance to fill out the grant deed seems quite direct and no too difficult. I did not see any reference to a mortgagee which I believe needs to be incorporated in a boundary line adjustment (BLA), though not sure I'll do the actual filling out the form in the next couple of weeks and will be in a better position for a more complete review.
