Generally, the plaintiff or plaintiff's representative (person(s) initiating the claim) will file the release. The release will have information of when and where the original Lis Pendens was recorded, including the date and document number of the recorded Lis Pendens. I am still working on the forms. I am having problems doing the forms as you can only save as pdf and it is difficult to change or modify the pdf. You have to purchase a pdf convertor program. but all seems to be there to do the deed submittals.

I wish all the forms had been in a downloadable package so that it wasn't so difficult to make sure I had them all. Too many pages open on the click throughs. I haven't had a chance to fill them out but hope they are all there.

It was very easy to order,download, and print. The only issue I have is that the guide that came with my form really did not help me filling it out. I feel the explanations could have been better and suited more for the standard person. I was still confused when filling it out and will probably have to get a lawyer to make sure it's filled out correctly
