Very good information. Easy access and easy to download. All the forms needed for TOD to be notarized and recorded with the county office. Much better than working with a Trust and the expense of lawyers, especially when several parties are involved and the owner of said property knows exactly to whom the property should go. Having forms and instructions available for the public to have their wishes recorded and confirmed makes handling final planning much easier and prevents family members from having the unnecessary task of going through court to solve property distribution issues. This was exactly what I needed. For $25-$30 it gave me the formatted document I needed and made it so easy to input the info. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who has no clue what they're doing, but for somebody who knows all the info and just needs a formatted page to input it onto, this is perfect.

My goal was to find the Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions for my HOA. From what I can read, these documents should be attached to our Deed (single family, patio home in New Hanover County). I am not sure if I have a copy of my Deed. I would need to check my Safe Deposit Box. Unfortunately, I was not successful at finding these documents from your Website. If you can help me find them, I would appreciate that.
It is most common to obtain a copy of CC&Rs directly from the HOA. Alternatively, they are also usually a matter of public record recorded with the local recorder and you can obtain a copy there.
